Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Dickey Chapel Cemetery.
