With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katie Hoisington of Athens, Ohio, born in Glouster, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph C. Carpenter and Helen L. Williams Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Jim Hoisington (Joan) of Pensacola, FL, Dave Hoisington (Liz) of Athens, Jennie Mollohan of Ellenton, FL and Jan Creamer (Larry) of Belpre; her grandchildren, Lisa Fechner (Corey), Tyler Hoisington, Tim Linton, Jeff Creamer (Jessica) and Mike Mollohan (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Harrison Fechner, Isabelle, Charlotte Mollohan, Jacob, Alex Linton and Bradley Creamer; and her sisters-in-law, Bertie Hoisington of Athens and Rose Hoisington of Athens.

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic a memorial service will be held in the spring.
