He is survived by: his children, Erica May (Skip) of Apollo Beach, FL, Shane Spencer (Phyllis) of Charleston, WV and JC Daugherty (Alexandra) of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Taylor Hegarty (Connor) of Tampa, FL, Zach Hodges of Spring Hill, FL, Cade Afeld of Apollo Beach, FL, Myna Spencer of Ravenswood, WV, Kayla Miller (John) of Charleston, WV, Cory Holstine (Becky) of Charleston, WV, Logan Halstead of Charleston, WV, Liam Daugherty of Clearwater, FL, Charlie Daugherty of Clearwater, FL and Penelope Daugherty of Clearwater, FL; his great grandchild Logan Hegarty; and his brother Morgan Mitchell Daugherty of Athens, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
