He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Collins and Florence Gwinn Collins; and his siblings, John "JC" Collins and Ola Mae Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Dona France Collins; his children, Tom Collins (Wainette) and Chris Collins (Sandy); his grandsons, Waylon Collins (Becca) and Justin Collins; and his great grandchildren, Carson and Oliver Collins.
