He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Raymond Miller and Gladys Linton Miller; and his siblings, Harold, Mary Lou Dearth and Ruth Ann Bateman.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michael Hawk (Jackie), Tolan Arnold, Sidney Arnold, Samantha McCracken (Michael), Andrew Zoulek (Maya), Paige Simpson (Corey), Morgan Garel (Ben), Riley Hughes (Cody) and Garrett Miller; and his great grandchildren, Rowyn, Mayci Hawk, Emma McCracken, William and Eli Garel.
