Worstall; her grandchildren, Shannon Castor (Brian), Shawn Parsons (Ashton), Jerri Schultz (Jason), Mark Worstall Jr., Cindy Sanicky (Fred) and Glen Worstall (Liz); her great grandchildren, Rhett Parsons, Connor, Ily Schultz, Ariel, Cheyanne, Kaylyn Sanicky, Bowen Worstall and Gage Worstall; her stepchildren, Kathi Foraker (Tim), Pat Frazier (Diane) and Andy Frazier (Glenda); her stepgrandchildren, Julie Foraker, Andrea Vair (Logan), Daneesa Stoltey, Alex Frazier, Justin Frazier, Jackson Frazier and Benjamin Frazier; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, David, Joshua Hamilton, Murphy Vair, McKenna Castor and Carol Johnson.
