It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lee Conn of Athens, Ohio, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Harold Conn and Crystal G. Belbeck Conn. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Santosh G. N. Rao; his sister Crystal Conn Sainz; and his niece Angelita Sainz of Albuquerque. He is also survived by eleven brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
