He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Blaschak and Mary Hodovanic Blaschak; his brother Robert; and his pet Daisy Mae. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Baker Blaschak; his sister Delores Sohovich; his nieces and nephews, Brad Baker, Tammy Baker, Brandon Baker, Kelly Soucek, Cody Baker, Amye Baker, Rachelle Wilson and Clint Baker; his cousins, Dennis Gaslaszewski, Michael Hodovanic and Richard Hodovanic; and his brother-in-law John Baker (Ronda) of Marion. He is also survived by his wife, he is survived by nieces (his sister's daughters.
