He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Mallory Fussner; his great-grandparents, Deloris, Clayton W. Miller, James and Wanda Kennedy; and his great-aunt Kathy Jo Davidson.
He is survived by: his children, Jonas and Camden; the parent of his children Tabby Lanum; his child Karmyn; his siblings, Justin Hammond, Morgan Hammond, Jenna Stazenki and Stephen Stazenski; his parents, Jeremy Hammond and Amanda Miller; his grandparents, James C. Miller, George Ann Kennedy and Rebecca Root; his aunt Misty Nix; his uncles, Clayton J. Miller and Jason Hammond; his cousin Alexis Lanning; his stepfather Steve Stazenski; and his close friends, Dakota Day, Wyatt Clark and Seth Winchell.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be provided to the funeral home to assist the family with end-of-life expenses.
