He is survived by: his children, Timothy James Barnes (TJ), Jeremy Barnes and Twanna Barnes; his siblings, Joe Barnes, John Barnes, Louise Varner and Opal Riley; and his close friends, Vic Mills and Keith Westin (Janie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (168 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701).
