It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Hartley of Athens, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Hartley and Zinnia Hall Hartley; and his brother Ronald Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Capehart, Dennis Hartley (Geraldine), Dianne Harrell, Debbie Jeffers (Jim), Cindy Miller, Eddie Hartley and Mark Hartley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
