She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Linscott and Pearly Smith; her siblings, Helen Fish, Betty Arnold, Pearl McClain, Chuck, Gordon and Joe; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Whitlatch Riffe, Anita Haning Whitlatch and Bob Meeks.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Whitlatch; her daughters, Dawn Casteel (Millard Draudt), Sharon Casteel Miller (Ryan Miller), Jeannette Casteel Keiter (Doug Keiter) and Amanda Whitlatch; her grandchildren, Kristy King, Rachel Keiter (Trey Smith), Leah Keiter (Colin O'Dowd), Lilly Miller and David Jones; her siblings, Joyce Meeks and Jerry Smith (Ginger); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Whitlatch (Linda), Gary Whitlatch and Ted Riffe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
