She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Lash (Mike) of Athens; her stepdaughter Alethea Vancleave (Jeff) of Columbia, MO.; and her siblings, Rick Bowen, Nancy Lawless and Beverly Workman. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
