Carl M. Michael Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl M. Michael (Athens, Ohio), who passed away on December 27, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Michael and Maude Thorne Michael; his wife Ladonna Flowers Michael; his son Michael G. Michael; his sister Georgia; his brother-in-law Paul Kail; and his brothers, Darius (Judy Michael), Bob (Judy Michael) and Max Michael.
He is survived by: his sister Julia Michael Scott (Robert Scott) of The Plains; his nephew Anthony Davis of Nelsonville; his siblings, Karen Ackison of The Plains and Blaine "Doc" Michael (Linda) of The Plains; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lee Michael of The Plains, Jane and Jonathan Flowers of Nelsonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and three great, great nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jagers & Sons Funeral Home (24 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
