He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Speck and Etta Speck (Schaffer); and his sister Sandra Kay Speck. He is survived by: his wife Gay Manley Speck; his children, William Lee Speck, Jr. (Tonya) and Tabatha Carson (Chad); his grandsons, David Speck, Brett Carson, Isaac Meister and Nick Goodridge; and his brothers, Robert Speck (Judy) and Lonnie Speck (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
