He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Pearl Fortner (Fausnaugh); his wife Patricia Fortner (Welsh); and his brother Gary Fortner. He is survived by: his son Todd Fortner (Nancy); his grandchildren, Ashley and Zeke Fortner (Rachel); his great grandchild Jackson Reid Fortner; his brother Chet Fortner (Arlene); and his sister-in-law Gretchen Fortner.
