He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald U. Cotner and Jane Rae Cotner (Davis); his wife Karen E. Cotner (Ferriman); his daughter Jennifer R. Miller; and his brothers, Kenneth Davis Cotner and Steve Cotner.
He is survived by: his children, Christina L. Cotner, James O. Cotner and Charles R. Koogler; his brothers, Andy Cotner (Jaye) and Chris Cotner (Debby); and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Cotner and Ann Cotner. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local Veteran's organization or Mt. Carmel Hospice.
