He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Earl and Faye Jean Carr (Mahone); and his brother Darrell Carr. He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Butler); and his children, Jay Estep (Kelsey), Ricky Carr, Rob Estep (Lynn), Jill Teets (Travis), Jennifer Smith (Danny) and Judd Carr. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
