He is survived by: his wife Linda M. (Cathel); his children, Steve Welsh (Jill) of Ashville, Paul Russell Welsh (Colene) of Ashville, Paula Welsh of Ashville, Treva Welsh (Dale Costlow) of Ashville and Kevin Welsh (Robin) of Dublin; his stepchildren, Angie Ruff (Todd) and Stacey Eitel (Stephanie); and his sisters, Barb Leopold (Carl) of Akron, Grace Moore of Circleville, Connie Welsh of Westerville, Jodi Welsh of Ashville and Michelle Smith (Todd). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and a couple on the way and 1 great great grandchild.
