He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Madden and Edith Madden (Kitchen). He is survived by: his wife Lori A. Madden (Hinz); his sons, Michael W. Madden, John P. Madden, Timothy R. Madden (Elizabeth) and Thomas N. Madden (Michelle); his sisters, Helen Jo Madden and Vicki Grant; his siblings-in-law, Neal Hinz (Benda) and Carol Knapp (Jon); and his close friend Dave Thompson.
