William and Mary Haddox; his siblings, Adam Mather (Tonya), Amanda Barnes (Wayne), Kevin Mather (Kate), Kathleen Moore (Chris), Amber Mather (Jeff), Cheri Beatty (Caleb) and Angie Leist; his nieces and nephews, Princess Kelly, Zach, Cassady, Drake, Ryan, Ashley, Austin, Sidney, Lauren, Mackenzie, Madison, Nathan, Emma and Samuel; and his great-nephews, Elijah and Mason.
