He is survived by: his daughter Lydia Blair Fallon; his parents, Michael D. Fallon (Brenda) and Tracy Adkins Fallon (Jack Fritz); his sister Nicole Wallace (Craig); his nephew Ethan; his niece Lucy; and his close friend Zach Meadors (Kellie). He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for memorials to be made for a special fund for his daughter Lydia.
