She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Norris and Famah Norris (Martin); her former husband Walton W. Spangler; and her siblings, Evelyn Kull, Martha Ogle and Darrell Norris.
She is survived by: her husband Sheriff Walt Spangler; her children, Carol Ann Baker (David), Warren Spangler (Janet) and Karen Kelley (Jerry); her grandchildren, Jennie Baker (Rob Wheaton), Lindsay Baker (Chris Diken), Tyson Spangler (Jenna), Jason Green (Mary Beth), Jamie Spangler, Shannon Montiel and Jackie Tilling (Steve); and her sister Naomi Hay. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
