(Clark); his children, Terry Smith (Julie) of Columbia, KY, Gina Moyer of Baltimore, OH, Lisa Stewart of Circleville and Suzy Hartman (Shawn) of Circleville; his grandchildren, Caleb Smith (Regina), Rachel Suchecki (John Paul), Kara Lappin (Aren), Joshua Smith, Adam Stewart (Sommer), Madison Stewart, Bryan Hartman (Ellen) and Baylee Hartman; and his siblings, Bernard Smith (Beverly), Erma Lanier (Jim) and Glenda Banner.
