He is survived by: his wife Janet Coleman (Bennington); his daughter Debora Lumaye (Steve); his granddaughter Kristina Jonas (Carl Jr.); his great great grandchildren, Johnathan, Jacob (Carlie), Carl III, Ryan (Deanna), Kinsliee, Ava and Thomas; his sisters, Laura (Lee), Myra, Polly, Ruth (Mike), Lois (Tim), Dora (Patrick) and Patricia; and his sister-in-law Wanda Standsbury. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
