Jerald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Bernice Juanita Cummins (Ward); and his brother Carl Eugene Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Frieda I. (Hostetler); his children, Tina Starkey (Mike) and Tracy Cummins; his brother Kenneth "Punk" Cummins; his grandchildren, Amber Renee, Chelsea Nichole Starkey, Lonnie Potts, Christopher Garrett Cummins and Kayla Nichole Cummins; and his great grandchildren, McKinley Cummins, Luke and Liam Cummins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
