He was predeceased by: his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Candice Lee Brinker. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Lesko (Bill) of Marengo, Mark Brinker (Judy) of Texas and Dan Brinker of Colmubus; his nephew Sam Brinker of Columbus; and also, Lisa Speakman of Amanda, Bob Pontius and Pat Pontius.
Jay requested in lieu of flowers that memorials could be made to Hedges Chapel Church 15495 Winchester Rd. Ashville 43103.
