He was predeceased by: his parent Edwin Franck; his wives, Millicent Anderson Franck and Leah Hoffman Franck; and his siblings, Betty Lou Simms and George F. Simcox.
He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Evelyn Lewis Franck; his children, Leslie Kayser (Walter) of Victor, NY, Karen Henson (Harold) and Sharon Dixon (Jeffrey); his stepchildren, Rosalie Waterman (David) of Staunton, VA, Linda Ragsdale and Joseph Wamack (Vonnie); his sister-in-law Wilma Simcox of Thornville, OH; his niece Juel of Pataskala, OH; his nephews, Michael Simcox (Betty) of Thornville, OH and Greg Simcox (Betty); his close friends, Joyce, Jack and Pat; and also McGhee of Pataskala, OH. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
