She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey D. Roby and Clistia Roby (Zigler); and her husband Lester "Doc" E. Noggle. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Castle, Terry Noggle (Hazel) and Linda Waidelich (Greg). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends.
