He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gretchen K. Fortner (Hott); his daughters, Penny Dawson (Chris) of Ashville, Patricia Schindler (Thomas) of Columbus and Pearl Thompson (Everett) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Stevie, Caleb, Eva, Ella, Audrey and Isaac; his great grandchild Jayce; and his sister-in-law Patricia. He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces.
