He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Allen (Bickerstaff); and his grandparents, Harry Bickerstaff (Pop Pop) of Boca Raton, FL, William and Florence Allen. He is survived by: his father Samuel Allen of Columbia, SC; his children, Lauren, Nick and Hillary; his wife Kim Allen (Fijalkowski); his sister Collette Polk of Cown, GA; his grandmother Elizabeth; his aunt Marcia Kaminski (Thomas) of Greensburg, PA; and his uncles, David Allen and Richard Allen.
