With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Quincel of Ashville, Ohio, born in Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Haddox and Anna Haddox (McClain); and her husband Kenneth Quincel. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Fischer, Sheryl Lowe, Darleen Berger (Mike), Darrell Quincel (Katie), Betty Skaggs and Gavin Quincel; and her siblings, Carolyn Warner (Buddy), Paul Haddox (Pat) and Robert. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 1 great, great granddaughter.
