He was predeceased by: his son Charles Eugene Noggle; his stepson William Bush; his son-in-law Eddie Smith; his brothers, Lester "Doc", Harold and Russell; his sister-in-law Helen Noggle; and his nephew Richard "Dick" Noggle.
He is survived by: his former wife Orabelle Bush; his wife Betty Noggle (Starkey); his daughter Phylliss Smith; his stepchildren, Charles Smith (Kathleen), Sally Sisson (Dean), Melinda Mikruta (Terry), Betty Wilson (Marvin) and Patty Getson; his sister Nellie Amspaugh; and his sister-in-law Gloria Noggle. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; also a host of nieces and nephews.
