She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Costlow and Nancy Fritz Sweitzer; and her brother Kenneth Costlow. She is survived by: her husband John A. Wells; her stepchildren, Tara Wilson (Jeremy), John Jeffrey Wells (Erica) and Shawna Rickard (Jeremy) of Ashville; her grandchildren, Heather, Ashley, Victoria and Melissa; her great grandchild Olivia; her adoptive children, Paige, Zoe and Mac; and her brother Dale Costlow (Treva) of Circleville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
