He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kellogg and Nina Kellogg (Bittikofer); and his siblings, Marilyn Burns, Linda Riggleman and Robert Kellogg.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Stitt); his children, Sonya Canter (John) of Ashtabula, Jeanette Gibson (Larry) of Ashtabula, Megan Fink (Donald) of Ashtabula and Billy Kellogg (Anita Billig) of Ashtabula; his siblings, Diane Burlingame of Jefferson, June Keesler of Dorset and Ronald Kellogg of Andover; and his grandchildren, Caden, Johnny, Ariel, Brooklyn, Aunna, Kallie, Dylan, Jalynn, Kamdyn, Aniya and Layla.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to the family.
