He is survived by: his mother Margaret Devore; his children, Parker Noah, Kason Noah and Alayric Noah; his father Dwayne Noah (Laurie Higgins); and his grandparents, Debra and Claude Albert Noah. He is also survived by 11 brothers and sisters.
