He is survived by: his children, Victor Jr. (Rosemary) of Berea, Bernice Garcia of Campbell and Wendy Rivera-Rodriguez (Miguel) of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Raquel Beebe (Jory), Tatyana Agosto (Eric), Edward Garcia Jr., Tijanie Bourne (Antonio) and Nazely Victoria Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Ayva Beebe, Josiah Agosto, Elijah Agosto, Jeremiah Bourne and Arianna Rose Bourne; and his siblings, Juan Rivera, Enelida Vigo and Maria R. Rivera.
