He was predeceased by: his parents, Thescal Maynard and Annie Maynard; and his brothers, James, Robert and Perry Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Maynard; his children, Thomas Maynard, Jr. (Jennifer) of Madison, Stacey Maynard of Painesville and Frank Hobbs (Michelle) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Maynard, Laura Hobbs and Ryan Hobbs; and his sisters, Charlene Johnson and Joyce Worrell.
