Osborne of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in McDowell, Kentucky, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Osborne and Marybelle Osborne; and his siblings, Bethel Lang, Bea Root, Zetta Brooks, Brenda Snow and Kenny Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Osborne of Ashtabula, Tavis Jr. of Ashtabula, Timmy of Ashtabula and Shane of Ashtabula; his stepchildren, Danny Moody and Shelly Carpenter of Georgia; his friend Brenda; and his siblings, Hazel Reed of Ashtabula, Bettie Frasure of Ashtabula, Nora Pinney (Rick) of Ashtabula and Oscar Osborne (Sherry) of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
