He is survived by: his wife Elaine Virginia Higley; his children, Troy Higley (Christine) and Candy Estok (Matt); his grandchildren, Alexa "Rose" Higley, Ryan Sharp (Hannah), Tehya Higley, Cody Estok and Montana Estok; and his sister Deb Johnson (Elmer). He is also survived by his two great, grandchildren.
