She is survived by: her husband Mac Carter; her children, Zac Carter (Emma) of Alpharetta, Georgia, Jonathan Carter of Palm Coast, Benjamin Carter of Dallas and Andrea Crawford (Mark) of Newton, Texas; her siblings, Bertina Silver of Baltimore, Wanda Guy of Baltimore, Michael Cunningham (Amanda) of Williamsfield and Burke Thomas Cunningham of Andover, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Brayden, Rada, Mark James, Thaddeus, Starlon and Xander.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Church of God. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ashtabula Pentecostal Church of God (2201 Cook Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chestnut Grove Cemetery (79 Grove Dr, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
