He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby and Nellie Mae Chapman, Sr. (McEwen); his son Rodger Chapman; and his grandson Jason W. Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Chapman (Grogan); his daughter Mona Callahan of North Dakota; and his granddaughters, April Chapman and Angela Persons. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
