Siebeneck and Susan Siebeneck (Ondrejovic) of Ashtabula; his wife Wendi Siebeneck (May); his son Garrette Siebeneck; his siblings, Valarie Derricoatte (Leroy) of Ashtabula, Christian Siebeneck (Karin) of Minnesota and Kaitlin Chapman (Anthony) of Geneva; his stepmother Terri Siebeneck of Geneva; his mother-in-law Pat May; his sister-in-law Jodi Braden (Jeremy) of Ashtabula; his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Marcus, Leah, Alexis, Johnny, Gracie and Anthony, Jr.; his pet Alistair; and his father-in-law Gary May.
