He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunnard Gustafson and Leona Gustafson (Bell); and his brothers, Ken, Tom and Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Alan Gustafson (Lisa) of Ashtabula, Karen Mehollin (Mark) of Willoughby and Amy Gustafson of Ashtabula; his siblings, Leah Joslin (Gary) of Conneaut and Peter Gustafson (Donna) of Terre Haute, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Dane, Madalyn and Mason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's, Association (Cleveland Area Chapter, 3 Summit Park Drive, #550, Independence, Ohio 44131) .
