She is survived by: her children, LuAnn Acierno (Kevin), John Montanaro II and Joseph Montanaro (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jonathon, Kevin, Antonio Acierno, John, James, Anthony and Ashley Montanaro; her great grandchild Luca Montanaro; her stepgrandchildren, Dwight Thompson (Bri), Sean and Drayton; her stepgreat-grandson Ellis Thompson; her sister Shirley Galliazzo; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Glotzbecker and Irene Montanaro.
Any donations in Phyllis's name are asked to be made to the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League.
