Nathan E. Tanner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nathan E. Tanner (Ashtabula, Ohio), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Tanner and Vida Tanner (Hudson); his wife Beverly Starks; his son Brian Tanner; his grandson Joseph Daywalt; his children-in-law, Craig Daywalt, Michael White, C. Ray Holman and Lavena "Beanie" Tanner; his granddaughter-in-law Lynn Sylvester; and his sisters, Doreen Leonard and Miriam Misch.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Holman, Janine White, Gregg Tanner (Sally), Terri Stuyvesant (Jeffrey), Tami Nelson and Tricia Poissonnier (Arnaud). He is also survived by grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home (500 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Nathan's life can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
