She was predeceased by: her parents, Concetta Chiacchiero and Joseph Chiacchiero; her former husband Anthony Perugine; her sisters, Edie Prisco, Mary Canzonetta and Jennie Lupo; and her husband Kenneth Leng.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Jarvi (Dennis) and Patricia Frisbie (Ken); her grandson Jason Frisbie (Heidi); her great grandchildren, Madeline and Liam Frisbie; and her brother Anthony Chiacchiero. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nancy's memory can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve Ashtabula.
