He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Foltz and Frances Foltz (Vesey); his former wife Charlene; and his sisters, Norma Jean and Virginia.

He is survived by: his wife Dee; his sons, Terry Foltz (Tracy) and Eric Foltz; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Cottom (Olivia) and Amber Foltz; his great grandchild Noah; his stepchildren, Michael Morgan, Michelle Charles (Vince) and Shannon Young; and his siblings, Ricky Foltz, Kathy Soini (Tom) and Clifford "Buddy" Foltz, Jr..
