He is survived by: his wife Carol A Perry; his children, Tonya Cook (Clinton), Steve Hanek (Mai-Linh), Rhonda Appleton (Bob), Samantha Sharpe (Derek Roberts), Amanda Mucci (Mitch) and Todd Perry (Brittnay); his siblings, Chris Sadie (Michel), Pat Perry (Jo), Steve Perry (Felicia), Joe Perry (Patty), Margaret Lukkarila, Ed Perry (Lisa), Liz Campbell and Kathy Koski (Kevin); his grandchildren, Andrew Moss (Tiffany), Bobby Appleton (Nicole), Joshua Perry (Gretchen), Alexis Collins, Izabella Hanek, Tori Cook, Harmony Sharpe, Lauren Hanek, Lilly Perry, Noah Sharpe, Michael Hanek, Elijah Perry, Chandler Mucci, Charlie Mucci and Mia Perry; and his great grandchild Harvey Moss. He is also survived by his aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
