He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Cobb and Edith Cobb; his parents-in-law, Ethel and Victor Armitage; his brother Harold; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Cobb, Donald, Jean Armitage, Nancy, Dave Johnson, George Armitage and Lawrence Conn; and his nieces and nephews, Jerry, Jeff Cobb, Jackie Loveless, Lorelei and Lucy Armitage.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Cobb (Elizabeth) of Medina, OH, Brenda Cobb of Ashtabula, OH and Bobette Sockman (William) of Chardon, OH; his wife Sandra Cobb (Armitage); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Max, John, Mark Cobb, Adam and Olivia Passerell; and his sisters-in-law, Janet McVicker and Linda Conn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in his memory may be made to the Memorial Fund at Saybrook United Methodist Church.
